We’re delighted to announce that Financial News has named our CEO, Sylvia Pozezanac, one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance.
Sylvia joined Redington in April this year and has been tasked with leading our continued growth and expansion into new markets – while continuing to serve our existing client base with the high level of service and expertise they have come to expect from us.
Before joining us, Sylvia worked in financial services for over three decades and was most recently President and CEO at Mercer.
At Redington, we’re strong advocates for promoting inclusion & diversity within the finance industry. One way in which we hope to make a difference is by attracting and nurturing female talent. So it’s great to see a female member of our leadership team being recognised for their fantastic achievements following our recent Women in Consulting event, where we invited several female students and graduates to our offices to show them what a consulting career could look like.
