Redington has made a host of senior promotions with Jill Davys, Katherine FitzGerald, Tara Gillespie, Anastasia Guha and Paul Lee being promoted to Managing Director.

Sitting within the firm’s LGPS, People, Global Assets and Sustainable Investment teams respectively, the promotions reflect Redington’s continued execution of its outsized, purposeful growth and expansion journey, where the recently appointed Managing Directors all play a key leadership role.

Commenting on the promotions, Sylvia Pozezanac, CEO of Redington said: “We have ambitious plans – as we progress on our responsible and strategic growth journey – to support an increasing number of DB and DC pension schemes, while expanding our proposition for wealth managers, charities, the LGPS and other asset owners globally. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining an inclusive, diverse and purpose-driven workplace, supporting our unwavering mission of helping make 100 million people financially secure – for the benefit of people and planet.

“These five outstanding individuals and talented leaders perfectly embody the Redington values, and their promotions are an important recognition of their personal growth and success and their everyday contributions to making Redington a leader in our industry, an invaluable partner to our clients, and a fun, rewarding place for us all to work.

I am grateful for all our new Managing Directors have contributed to the business, and I look forward to working with them in their new roles and having them engage more broadly in our firm.”
