Byron Chim

Senior Vice President

I joined Redington in 2022 having spent 16 years in the investment consulting and pensions industry. My role at Redington is to provide investment solutions, as well as governance and regulatory advice to DC pension schemes.

Edina Molnar

Vice President

I work in Redington’s Investment Consulting team as a dedicated Responsible Investment specialist. I help clients to define their investment beliefs and policies around Responsible Investment and embed ESG considerations such as climate change into a decision-making framework, ensuring that these are reflected in their investment strategy. I used to host a sustainability-themed podcast with a friend, which was really just a great excuse for us to pick experts’ brains on topics we were passionate about!

Carolyn Schuster-Woldan

Managing Director

I have over twenty years of experience in the pensions industry, starting out as a pensions actuary before moving over to investment consulting in 2003. I joined Redington in April 2019, and currently advise clients ranging in size from 100m to £20bn on all elements of investment. I am a passionate advocate for increasing diversity in our industry.

Jack Robertson

Director

I joined Redington in January 2022, having been in the investment consulting industry since 2010. I advise trustees and corporates on various elements of DB investment strategy and risk management, with recent areas including cash flow matching, liability hedging and equity options. I enjoy the challenge of taking something fundamentally complex and presenting it in a way that enables clients to make informed decisions. I work with a range of internal teams and governance models, so am used to viewing issues from a number of angles and have practical experience helping groups reach consensus decisions.

Karisha Chudasama

Associate

In 2020, I joined Redington as a graduate in the investment consulting team and work primarily on a number of defined benefit clients. It has been very interesting to learn about each client’s various needs and to aid in finding the best solutions to bring clients closer to their goals.

Arash Nasri

Senior Vice President

I joined Redington’s Global Assets Team in July 2022.

My focus is to ensure that our wealth manager, charity and family office clients achieve their objectives through bespoke investment advice using the full breadth of expertise and capability that we have here at Redington.

Before joining Redington, I spent 12 years providing investment advice to institutional consulting clients and HNW retail clients. As well as helping asset owners and stewards achieve their individual investment goals, I have spent two years as a multi-asset fund manager and four years running a portfolio management team.

Mark Ng

Vice President

As part of the Investment Consulting team, I work with several DB pension scheme clients ranging from £60m to £4bn+ in size, as well as on other projects such as the development of the first worldwide pensions data analytics tool for Ford. Following an internship with Redington in 2018, I later joined full-time as a graduate in 2019.

Doina Ceban

Vice President

I joined the investment consulting team after spending two years in investment risk working for a large insurer. I enjoy working with a variety of DB pension schemes, helping them implement suitable investment strategies in order to acheive their long term objectives.

Patrick O’Sullivan

Head of Investment Consulting

I’ve spent my career designing and adapting investment strategies of my pension scheme clients to deliver improvements in their funding levels whilst closely managing risk. My wife also works in pensions consulting, so the pensions chat never stops!
