Unique career journeys
Don’t just take our word for how great a place Redington is to work – hear from some of our people
Our commitment to people and planet
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
For us, CSR isn’t a marketing exercise. It’s central to our mission. We founded RedSTART, a financial literacy charity that equips young people from across the UK with the skills they need to manage their financial futures.
We also have an internal charity committee (Redington Acorns) which sets out to leave the world a better place than we found it.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
For us, diversity isn’t about recruiting individuals from a minority-represented group to meet a quota. It’s about building a team of genuinely diverse people, who come from different backgrounds, have different experiences and skills to bring to the table and are provided with the right opportunities to reach equal outcomes.
We believe it’s our job to create an inclusive environment that allows our team to thrive.
Sustainability
In 2022, we offset our emissions to become a net-zero business. This was the easy bit! We recognise that in order to make a real difference, we need to use our influence as an advisor to over £600bn assets as a force for good.
This is why we’ve committed to delivering investment advice that’s in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.
